Let’s try something new and make some spicy Korean chicken wings. They are healthy…spicy…sweet….then spicccyyyyy again…and then it all evens out…and it makes you want more.
Please make these for yourself and have them at your next party!
Korean Glazed Hot wings
½ c Gochujang sauce (red pepper paste/chile sauce)
2 tbs dark brown sugar
2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar (not flavored)
2 tsp sesame oil
3 lbs chicken wings Place wings on a rack inside a cookie sheet lined with foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Whisk gochujang, dark brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar & sesame oil and place it in a sauce pan on medium heat. Put in baked wings in the heated pan with the sauce, and spoon on the sauce several times on each wing and stir gently around until all the wings are coated and the sauce is no longer in the bottom of the pan…only on the wings
